The Highland Soap Co. is a family business based in Fort William and manufactures hand-made soaps, skincare and gifts. We have been lucky enough to work closely with the Highland Soap Co for over a decade; creating firstly the prominent logo and branding and expanding this to now the fourth version of their online store.

We redeveloped the website using Shopify. This involved making the core ingredient-based ranges more prominent by allowing users to “shop by range” as well as making the site far more user and mobile friendly! The Magento 1 site had run its course and was becoming restrictive due to poor core vital scores resulting in a less than optimal user experience.

A beautiful ecommerce website that reflects the purity of the natural products on offer, whilst giving customers a unique user experience; the website continues to gather compliments as well as visitors and sales.

Ecommerce conversion rates significantly increased with the redevelopment of the site with conversion rates now substantially exceeding the industry average. The user experience has greatly improved and works a dream on mobile!
